I’m an integrative somatic trauma therapist who works through an attachment-based, trauma-focused, relational lens. I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families feel more connected to themselves and to each other. I believe our early relationships shape how we view ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we move through the world.
I support people who are tired of just getting by, long for more ease in their bodies, clarity in their relationships, and a life that actually feels good on the inside. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and body-centered. I believe healing isn’t about “fixing”, but about slowly reconnecting with and understanding parts of us that had to adapt to survive.
My work is shaped by my lived experience across cultures and in the fast-paced corporate world, along with deep clinical training and experience, and a strong respect for the wisdom of the body. In our work together, you can expect a compassionate, grounded space where you feel seen and heard. I’ll meet you with kindness and curiosity as we gently explore what’s been holding you back, so you can move toward more ease, connection, and wholeness.
